Welcome to ToSelf. Please read these terms carefully before using the Service. By signing up or using ToSelf, you agree to these terms.

1. About the Service

ToSelf is a self-reflection tool based on validated psychological inventories (MBTI, Big Five, PHQ, GAD, etc.), providing psychological portraits, mood logging, and monthly reports.

Important: This Service is not a medical service, not a diagnostic tool, and not a substitute for professional mental health care. If you are experiencing serious psychological distress, please seek help from a licensed professional.

2. Account

• Provide a valid email when signing up.
• Keep your credentials secure; don't share them.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Violate applicable laws or public norms.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or run automated bulk requests against the Service.
• Disrupt or damage the Service's normal operation.
• Impersonate others or use a false identity.

4. Intellectual property

• The Service's code, design, copy, and brand are owned by ToSelf.
• Your inputs (assessment answers, mood entries) belong to you.
• You grant us a non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content as needed to provide the Service.

5. Paid plans (where applicable)

• Paid feature scope and pricing are as displayed in product.
• Subscriptions renew automatically; cancel anytime — access continues until the end of the current period.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Disclaimers

• The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of accuracy, reliability, or fitness for purpose.
• Results are for self-reflection only and do not constitute medical, legal, or career advice.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use or inability to use the Service.

7. Changes & termination

• We may update, adjust, or discontinue features; material changes will be announced in advance.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these terms.
• You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, in a court with jurisdiction at ToSelf's place of registration.
